"Learning to Live" warmly welcomes both newcomers seeking their first dive into the depth of Kabbalah and Chassidut, as well as seasoned learners eager to explore the practical implications of these teachings in their daily lives. Comprising 13 meticulously curated online sessions, the course culminates in a reflective discussion, where we collectively consolidate the transformational process we've undertaken.
Guiding us through this journey is Rabbi Ephraim Ehrenberg, drawing from the teachings of esteemed Rabbi Yitzhak Ginzburg of Israel.
Embark on a transformative journey with "Learning to Live" - enriching your life through the timeless wisdom of Judaism.
I took Rav Ehrenberg's course a year ago and enjoyed it very much. It presents a whole new view on mental health and wellbeing that is unlike any I have encountered before. It is very deep, yet very practical and gives clear guidelines that can be implemented in our daily lives. Everything is presented using simple everyday terminology, so there is no need for any prior knowledge in chassidut.
I recommend this course to anyone who is searching for a new way to grow through deep introspection.

Through my familiarity and love for the book "Tanya" and its study path, I warmly recommend Rabbi Ephraim Ehrenberg's course. The lessons provided me with a fresh perspective to approach and delve into the study of Chasidut, and the material is taught in a very clear and transformative manner.

Last year, I had the privilege of taking part in Rabbi Ephraim Ehrenberg's course "learning to Live" in Hebrew. I found my self looking forward to the weekly meetings. I felt that the study was expanding me as a person and giving me a broader and healthier perspective on reality. I highly recommend joining the course for anyone seeking to delve deep into his soul and see the world with fresh eyes.
