Learning to Live

Unlocking the wisdom of Kabbalah for a balanced and fulfilling life

What is "Learning to Live"? With Rabbi Ephraim & Beany Ehrenberg

“Learning to live” stands as a culmination of long and devoted efforts to convey the most profound wisdom of Kabbalah and Chassidus, while capsulating it into practical implicational guidelines. This course has been meticulously crafted to illuminate a clear and accessible path to mental well-being, eschewing complex jargon and prerequisites.

The outcome of these efforts, "Learning to Live", is exactly what its name implies  – a ground breaking course evaluating, negotiating and uplifting the most elementary and everyday aspects of our lives.

Our journey entails addressing the very core of our being, confronting challenges such as depression, despair, anger, frustration, and anxiety. By reassessing our understanding of our individuality, our surroundings and our relationship with g-d, we gradually build joyous and genuine mental stability.

"Learning to Live" warmly welcomes both newcomers seeking their first dive into the depth of Kabbalah and Chassidut, as well as seasoned learners eager to explore the practical implications of these teachings in their daily lives. Comprising 13 meticulously curated online sessions, the course culminates in a reflective discussion, where we collectively consolidate the transformational process we've undertaken.

Guiding us through this journey is Rabbi Ephraim Ehrenberg, drawing from the teachings of esteemed Rabbi Yitzhak Ginzburg of Israel.

Embark on a transformative journey with "Learning to Live" - enriching your life through the timeless wisdom of Judaism.

Rabbi Ephraim Ehrenberg

Head of "Tom Ve Daat," a Jerusalem-based Yeshiva under the leadership of Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburgh. Author and lecturer.

Rabbi Ehrenberg has been teaching Kabbalah and Chassidut to various audiences for many years. He has been instructing in Rabbi Ginsburgh's School for Jewish psychology and has been involved in psychological counseling and training based on the teachings of Chassidut for over a decade.

I took Rav Ehrenberg's course a year ago and enjoyed it very much. It presents a whole new view on mental health and wellbeing that is unlike any I have encountered before. It is very deep, yet very practical and gives clear guidelines that can be implemented in our daily lives. Everything is presented using simple everyday terminology, so there is no need for any prior knowledge in chassidut. I recommend this course to anyone who is searching for a new way to grow through deep introspection.

Through my familiarity and love for the book "Tanya" and its study path, I warmly recommend Rabbi Ephraim Ehrenberg's course. The lessons provided me with a fresh perspective to approach and delve into the study of Chasidut, and the material is taught in a very clear and transformative manner.

Last year, I had the privilege of taking part in Rabbi Ephraim Ehrenberg's course "learning to Live" in Hebrew. I found my self looking forward to the weekly meetings. I felt that the study was expanding me as a person and giving me a broader and healthier perspective on reality. I highly recommend joining the course for anyone seeking to delve deep into his soul and see the world with fresh eyes.
